Due to the fact that our travel chaperones are spread all over the world and that each travel journey is quite different than the other and in order for us to provide our customers with an accurate quote we kindly request that the customer fill out the following form:
If more than one traveler please fill a form for each traveler.
Please note that for international destinations the traveler / Client must provide a copy of the traveler/s passport to Nice Chaperones 2 weeks prior to the travel date.
Some countries are restricted.
A $200 deposit is required
If the requesting client is also requesting the handover of the escortee/s to a designated person/s then please fill the Following Handover Form # 5556 – USA.
