General Terms & Conditions Applicable to All Tours

Minimum Number Of Participants In Any Tour:
If the number of participants did not reach the minimum required of participants to generate any tour, Nice Chaperones – USA will cancel the tour and paid customers will be fully refunded within 90 days of the cancellation. Please check the destination tour program for the minimum number of required participants.

TRAVEL CHAPERONE POSITION:
The position of national (within the USA) or international (worldwide) travel chaperone, employed by Nice Chaperones – USA, here means a person who will provide assistance to the traveller whether a sole, couple or group of travelers . The travel chaperone will assist in airport procedures, luggage/s, baggage/s , any paperwork related to traveling at departure and arrival airports as well as keeping an eye on the traveller/s during the flight and providing the individual, couple or the group with their needs. The travel chaperone will not carry, lift, or provide any medical assistant to the traveller outside of his/her certification as a certified CPR/AED provider only. We encourage all travellers to check with their physicians prior to their travel date.

CHAPERONED & NON-CHAPERONED INDIVIDUAL, COUPLE & GROUP TOURS:
Chaperoned, individual, couple or group tours or services means one or two professional international travel chaperones employed by Nice Chaperones – USA, will be flying with the individual, couple or group from any airport within the United States to any airport within the United States as well as to any worldwide airport outside the United States and flying back with the individual, couple or group from any worldwide airport outside the United States or within the United States to any United States airport/s.
Chaperoned individual, couple, or group tours or services are meant for people that need assistance during the journey.
Non – chaperoned, individual, couple or group tours or services means no professional international travel chaperones will be flying with the individual, couple or group from any United States airport to any United States airport as well as to any airport outside the United States or flying back with the individual, couple or group from any airport within the United States or any airport outside the United States to any United States airport.

NATURE OF OUR TOURS:
Most of our tours to all of our destinations are easy phases, where we take the comfort of our customers as our priority. We pay a lot of attention to issues such as the layover at airports, ground transportations during the tours at final destinations to be as convenient as possible to our customers. Customers should be able to enjoy their tour and vacation and do not need a second vacation to recover from the first vacation.

Travel Advisories: You should read government-issued travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories before booking any travel. This information can be obtained from:

TRAVELERS NEEDING SPECIAL ASSISTANCE:
In order to fully enjoy your tour, we recommend that you select a trip that is suitable to your physical capabilities. Tour participants requiring any form of assistance, including travelers with physical disabilities, sight, hearing, mobility impairments, or any physical condition are required to notify Nice Chaperones – USA, prior to booking a tour. Nice Chaperones – USA, will review the tour requirements to determine the level of assistance you may need and to ensure that the trip you have selected is suitable for you. Please be aware that the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is only applicable within the United States and facilities for disabled individuals are limited outside of US borders. Any participant requiring assistance must be accompanied by a companion who is capable of and fully responsible for providing the assistance.
Nice Chaperones – USA, can provide travel chaperones for individual needs & assistance.
Our regular travel chaperones within a chaperoned group tour, tour managers, guides, drivers, hotels, ships, cruisers personnel are not able to provide individual services such as assisting with walking, pushing a wheelchair or helping with getting off and on motor coaches, cruise ships and other vehicles. In order to participate in chaperoned & non-chaperoned escorted group tours, travelers must be able to understand and follow instructions given by the Tour Leader at all times, both for the successful operation of the group tour and as well as for their own personal safety and the safety of other participants. Nice Chaperones – USA, reserves the right to reject participation or remove any individual from a group tour in the event that notification was not provided and/or when, in our sole judgment, continued participation would significantly hinder the services to be provided to all participants. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will be the responsibility of the traveler/s.
All unused services are non-refundable. Our Chaperoned & Non-Chaperoned escorted group tours are easy paced. In the interests of group harmony, clients should be able to maintain the pace of the tour. Clients with special needs may be better served independently by hiring a travel chaperone from us.

RESERVATIONS:
Reservations for group tours are accepted online. In order to make a reservation, you must be at least 18 years of age and have legal authority to enter into a binding agreement under the terms presented herein. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the applicable non-refundable deposit, which must be paid at the time of your reservation for all travelers on the booking, unless expressly waived by Nice Chaperones – USA.
If you are making a booking for anyone other than yourself, regardless of whether or not you are traveling on the same reservation with them, you are considered the primary contact on the booking and representative for the other traveler/s. You represent and warrant that you have permission to make this booking on behalf of the other traveler/s, and you agree that you are responsible for (1) making all payments due for your booking, (2) providing to Nice Chaperones – USA, all required traveler/s information, described below, about all traveler/s on the booking, (3) notifying Nice Chaperones – USA, if any changes or cancellations are required, and (4) keeping the other traveler/s on the booking informed of all information relevant to your trip.

REQUIRED TRAVELER INFORMATION:
To make a booking, Nice Chaperones – USA, require that you supply certain required traveler information for each traveler, including the full legal name, birthdate, gender, & passport information, as required by law and /or reasonably required to enable us and our providers to provide your purchased services. We also require contact information, including address, phone number, and email address, from the person making the booking. We request a phone number and email address for all other traveler/s, so that we may reach each traveler in case of last minute itinerary changes, emergencies, or for communication of important information during the group tour, such as COVID-19 information. For each traveler, we also require the name and contact information of a designated emergency contact person who is not traveling on the group tour. You are responsible for verifying that any information you provide for yourself and on behalf of other traveler/s on your booking is complete and accurate. Under no circumstances Nice Chaperones – USA, be liable for any errors or omissions in the information you have provided to us, or any fees or damages related to such errors or omissions. While you complete your reservation, you will provide us with the required traveler/s information. This information must be provided in its entirety at reservation date, or your booking may be subject to cancellation.

TOUR RATES AND AVAILABILITY:
Group tour reservations are subject to availability. Tour rates may change without prior notice. Excluding extraordinary circumstances, as defined below, once your deposit has been received, your price is guaranteed and is no longer subject to change. Group tour rates include only those items specifically identified in the tour itinerary or tour inclusions section and may not include passport and visa fees, excess baggage charges, baggage and personal travel insurance, gratuities, optional tour activities, optional upgrades, beverages, other personal items and expenses. certain foreign taxes and fees are not pre-collected and must be paid overseas by the traveler/s unless otherwise clearly stated by Nice Chaperones – USA.

PROMOTIONS & SPECIAL PRICING:
Promotion codes, special pricing/discounts, and offers are valid within the specified time period for new bookings only, and can be combined with any other discounts. To qualify for the discount price, you must make all payments, including your initial reservation deposit, electronically in U.S. dollars 60 days prior to the group tour date.
Private groups are eligible for promotions and special pricing. Any future travel discount provided for any group tour booked using a promotion code, special pricing/discount, or offer will be subject to “Nice Chaperones – USA, standard changes, cancellations, payments, discount and refund terms and applicable cancellation fees.

RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES:
Reservations for National Travel Chaperone (within the USA) or International Travel Chaperone (worldwide) for individual, couple or group tours are accepted by online (Credit Cards) Paypal or Bank Transfer with a confirmed receipt of the applicable non-refundable deposit in the amount that will be determined on a case by case basis which must be received at the time of the customer’s confirmed reservation.
For the regular group tour programs please read tour by tour required deposit, and payment & full payment due date. Customers could also pay for the full tour payment on the same day they make their final reservation as indicated in the designated program tour.
Due to the ongoing uncertainties related to travel with respect to the COVID-19 virus, Nice Chaperones – USA, is waiving change fees for any group tour reservations until the final payment due date. After such a date has passed, standard change and cancellation terms will apply. Note that when rebooking, if you choose a trip or departure that is more expensive than your original booking, the customer is responsible for the difference in price. If the trip or departure is less expensive than your original booking, and the customer has made the final payment for his/her original booking, then within 90 days a refund will be issued to the customer in the form of a check made by Nice Chaperones – USA, in the amount of the difference. If the customer has not made the final payment for his/her original booking, then any overage paid will be applied to reduce the balance due for the new booking.
If the customer is not ready to rebook right away, and cancelled for any reason 61 days prior to the group tour date then any payments he/she had made will be refunded back to the customer excluding the $200 reservation payment.
If the cancellation is in the period of 60 days to the group tour date then no cancellation, changes, or refunds could be made and the booking at this stage is confirmed.
All payments must be done in U.S. dollars (Currency) only.

STANDARD CHANGE TERMS:
No changes are allowed once the final payment due date has passed. And the 60 days are the only days left until the tour date. See cancellation and payment terms below for final payment due dates.

CANCELLATIONS REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER:
All group tour reservations are subject to the applicable payment and cancellation terms. All cancellations must be submitted via email to nicechaperones@gmail.com or by calling our customer service team at 951-622-6039 during business hours, Mon-Sun 9am-5:30pm PT. We will require confirmation of identity to complete your cancellation, and will need the invoice number for the booking, and the names of all traveler/s to be canceled.
When the customer cancels his/her tour, any refunds, if due, are issued and refunded by a check from Nice Chaperones – USA, within 90 days after the cancellation date if the cancellation was confirmed 61 days prior to the tour date. If the customer wants to cancel within the 60 days to the tour date the customer will not be refunded at all. Once a group tour has commenced, no future travel refund can be issued for the full or any unused portion of the tour including the reservation deposit.
Please read the cancellation instructions of each tour on the tour program schedule.

PAYMENTS & PAYMENT TERMS:
A $200 non-refundable reservation deposit is due at the time of the booking. Full final payment is due 60 days prior to the tour date for the year 2023 and 120 days for the year 2024.
The full payment/s to any group tour/s must be received by Nice Chaperones – USA. Not to pass the 60 days prior to the tour date for the year 2023 and 120 days for the year 2024.

TOUR SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION BY NICE CHAPERONES:
Nice Chaperones – USA, reserves the right to cancel, suspend or reschedule any group tour, for any reason, including, but not limited to, insufficient demand, unsafe conditions, or travel restrictions introduced by the destination. Departures designated as “Guaranteed” may be canceled or rescheduled only under extraordinary circumstances, for example in situations deemed to be unsafe or nonviable due to local conditions. In the event Nice Chaperones – USA must cancel, suspend or reschedule a group tour, we will notify the customer prior to the final payment due date, unless cancellation or suspension is due to an unforeseen circumstance that arises after the final payment date.
If your tour is cancelled, suspended or rescheduled, Nice Chaperones – USA, will issue the paid customer a refundable check for the amount paid to Nice Chaperones – USA, including the $200 reservation paid to Nice Chaperones – USA, within 90 days after the group tour day, the customer will have the full freedom to rebook the same group tour on a future date or any different group tour offered by Nice Chaperones – USA, on the basis of the price of the group tour of the future selected date.
Nice Chaperones – USA, shall not be responsible for any liabilities, arising as a result of any cancellation, suspension or rescheduling as a result of extraordinary circumstances.

INCLUDED SERVICES:
Included services vary by package program and are fully mentioned in the tour program page for each group tour. Any excursions, meals, transportations, products or services listed as optional and not expressly included in the itinerary or base price of the tour package program may optionally be purchased directly from the offering provider at destinations.
Nice Chaperones – USA, cannot guarantee or interfere in the offered price.

MEALS & BEVERAGES:
Meals will only be provided and included in the group tour price as specifically indicated in the itinerary (B=Breakfast, L=Lunch, D=Dinner FM=Flight Meals). Alcoholic beverages are not included in any group tour unless the tour itinerary program expressly indicates otherwise.

MEALS & ALCOHOLIC DRINKS:
Meals: Meals & soft drinks will be provided and included in the Group Tour Programs, alcohol is not included, unless the tour program itinerary indicates otherwise. Please pay special attention to the group tour program half board and full board terms.

HOTELS/CRUISE SHIPS:
Hotel room and cruise ship cabin accommodations are provided as guaranteed. Nice Chaperones – USA, guarantee the availability of single rooms. Nice Chaperones – USA, reserves the right to substitute hotels of similar or better category due to extraordinary circumstances that might occur when the traveler/s is / are in flight to destination.

TOUR ITINERARY AND IN-TOUR TRANSPORTATION:
Arrangements for the group tour itineraries, domestic transportation and intra-tour flights are solely at the discretion of the local Nice Chaperones – USA, provider at destination/s and are subject to change without prior notice. Where appropriate, at the discretion of Nice Chaperones – USA, and/or the local Nice Chaperones – USA, provider. Things could change due to extraordinary circumstances while the traveler/s is / are in flight.

TOUR-ONLY BOOKINGS – LAND ONLY:
With the exception of the chaperoned group tour programs the majority of Nice Chaperones – USA, group tour programs could be booked without flights, also known as land-only bookings. If you choose to book one of the group tours land-only bookings, the customer is responsible for arranging his/her own departure & arrival flight with the same airline carrier and on the same flight departure time & date mentioned in the group tour program.
No Exceptions.

AIR TRANSPORTATION:
Round-trip any class airfare, from designated airports in the United States of America only, can be included in the group tour program price, as indicated on our group tour programs. Air schedules are subject to change by the applicable provider airlines without advance notice. Nice Chaperones – USA, are not responsible for any liabilities of any kind caused by any such changes or resulting delays. On some group tours, add-on airfare from select cities in the United States of America may be offered for an additional fee. Nice Chaperones – USA, cannot guarantee the choice of domestic airline or the most direct routing. Any costs associated with an overnight layover are the responsibility of the participant. Nice Chaperones – USA, are not involved in, or responsible for, crediting frequent flier miles. To receive frequent flier miles or other credit for the group tour, you must follow the rules of the applicable provider airlines and deal with them directly.
Customers can always upgrade their offered airline class offered by Nice Chaperones – USA, for an additional cost, depending on seat availability with the associated airlines at the time and group tour date.

AIRLINE BOOKING:
Nice Chaperones – USA, offers the best choice of airlines and airfares for your convenience, but is not responsible for the services and policies imposed by the airline designated by us for any group tour. Airline schedules and flights are subject to change without notice. Airfare purchased via Nice Chaperones – USA, is subject to each airline’s terms and conditions. Airfare rules will apply to any group tours cancelled for any reason. Nice Chaperones – USA, is not required to refund airfare until refunded by the airline. Nice Chaperones – USA, is not responsible for penalties incurred for tickets, international or domestic, not purchased via Nice Chaperones- USA, due to schedule and/or flight changes. Airline reservations completed online are subject to review and, should Nice Chaperones – USA, deem it necessary, may rebook to match minimum connecting time requirements and/or tour package itineraries, in which case our customers will be notified immediately.

AIRLINE CONTACT INFORMATION:
Pursuant to TSA Secure Flight requirements, passengers are responsible to provide Nice Chaperones – USA, with their full name as it appears on their passport (or other government-issued I.D. when traveling), date of birth, gender, address, phone number, email for all passengers. Passengers must ensure that names are correctly listed on their invoice. Nice Chaperones – USA, will not be responsible for passengers who do not receive an invoice or documents or are denied boarding due to inaccurate information.

AIRLINE NAME CHANGES:
Any name change including minor spelling corrections may require airline reservations to be canceled and rebooked. Reservations are subject to current availability and pricing at the time of rebooking. Once airline tickets are issued, subsequent name corrections will be subject to an airline rebooking fee which may be as much as the full value of the airline ticket plus a $50 revision fee per change. Nice Chaperones – USA, will not be held responsible for any denial of services by the airline carrier due to any name discrepancy. Name changes must be advised in writing at: nicechaperones@gmail.com

AIRLINE TAXES & SURCHARGES:
If you purchased an airfare, airline taxes and surcharges are included. Prior to completion of full payment there is a potential for a price increase(s) due to increases in government-levied taxes and fees and/or increased surcharges. To avoid potential increases, you may choose to accelerate your final payment in order that your tickets may be issued. Once issued, airline tickets are no longer subject to potential increases but are fully non-refundable.

AIRLINE SEAT ASSIGNMENT:
As a courtesy service, airline seat assignments are requested on your behalf and, when available, are displayed in order of Passenger. Assignments reflect the best available seats at the time receiving your boarding pass at the airport. Some airlines and/or fare types do not allow for pre-seating and require this be done at airport check-in only. Seats are subject to change by your airline(s) including, for example, when there is a schedule change or equipment change; this may cause seat assignments to be changed or even cancelled. Some airlines offer preferred seating for an additional fee; these seats may only be purchased directly from the airline.

FREQUENT FLYER MILES:
To receive your frequent flyer miles, you must contact your FFM provider directly regarding this matter. Nice Chaperones – USA, are not involved.

AIRLINE SCHEDULE CHANGES:
In the event of an airline schedule change, Nice Chaperones – USA, will make every effort to inform passengers of the schedule change and new flight schedule prior to departure. Nice Chaperones – USA, is not responsible for schedule changes including, when applicable, changes in routing and/or the number of stops in the itinerary. Nice Chaperones – USA, is unable to provide compensation for schedule changes, seat assignment modifications, or cancellations implemented by an airline. In the event of any change in flight itinerary made directly between passengers and the airline.

AIR BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE:
Travelers booking their international flight to participate in a group tour through Nice Chaperones – USA, as offered in the group tour program are typically allowed one or two pieces of checked luggage, please check the tour program for the baggage allowance on a case by case basis. Nice Chaperones – USA, will not be responsible for any lost or damaged luggage. Excess baggage charges may apply to the extent that any checked or carry-on luggage exceeds the limits applied by the airlines, are the responsibility of the traveler/s.
For any flight information, seats, luggage, etc, please contact directly the designated airline mentioned in the program. Each program tour has the baggage allowance for that group tour so please read it. Please do not call Nice Chaperones – USA, regarding this matter.

HOTEL ACCOMODATION:
All rooms are as stated in the group tour program with private facilities. Room selection in all cases, unless otherwise reserved, is strictly at the discretion of the hotel’s management on a run-of-house basis. Special requests such as bed types, smoking preference and connecting rooms are subject to availability.
Some single rooms are smaller than a standard room size. The number of persons accommodated does not dictate the room size. Although available at most 4 and 5 star hotels, use of air-conditioning abroad differs greatly from the United States. All hotel rates are based on Nice Chaperones – USA, agreements with its suppliers and are not negotiable. Hotel check-in time at arrival time to the hotel & check-out time is prior to noon. All of Nice Chaperones – USA, offered rooms are based on single occupancy unless the travelers are couples.

HOTEL & CRUISE PROFILES:
Nice Chaperones – USA, hotel and cruise ship profiles are based upon information provided to Nice Chaperones – USA, by our agent partners and their representatives, at destinations including images and descriptions of individual properties. Star-ratings may differ from country to country. Nice Chaperones – USA, will do its best to maintain current information, however is not responsible for any inaccuracies, changes in description details or amenities, or images provided by second & third parties.

MEALS & DIETARY REQUEST:
Included meals are based on the restaurant’s offered menu. Beverages (Soft Drinks) are included, unless specifically stated. Although special diets like Vegetarian and Vegan are relatively commonplace in the USA, much of the world’s menu options are more provincial. Please do not expect to find the variety of food selection outside of the local norm. Every effort will be made to honor special dietary requests selected. We recommend that you make preferences known to your tour leader upon arrival, and at each hotel/restaurant.

TRANSFERS:
Transfers are provided as indicated on each tour by car, minibus, or motor coach provided airfare is purchased via Nice Chaperones – USA. If you purchase a land-only tour, or if you deviate from the arrival and/or departure dates as stated in the itinerary, in most cases you will have the option to add transfer services to your reservation at an additional cost. Your arrival transfer is guaranteed for up to one hour from your scheduled arrival time in order to compensate for minor delays. Nice Chaperones or the transfer company will not be responsible for flight delays, for any reason, beyond one hour from your originally scheduled arrival time. In case of a delay, whether due to flight delay, immigration and customs, or time spent reporting baggage damage or loss, it will be your responsibility to make other transfer arrangements such as a taxi. Transfer costs are not refundable and any additional expenses will be your responsibility. The cost of a transfer is more expensive than hiring a taxi, as a Nice Chaperones – USA, transfer necessarily includes round trip service, or ‘dead-leg’, meaning that our driver must come to the airport, hotel or pier only to pick you up and necessarily loses a one-way fare. Often the places of call (airports, seaports, hotels) demand entrance and parking fees, where drivers may have to wait for up to an hour. Nice Chaperones – USA, transfer drivers, while not employees of Nice Chaperones – USA, are reliable and work year-round for Nice Chaperones – USA, clients. They provide you with a full welcome service, transfer you to the correct location and are prepared to answer your questions along your ride. Passengers comfortable hiring a taxi on their own and do not require assistance will save money.

SIGHTSEEING & ITINERARY:
Escorted group tours are operated by motor-vehicle, its size dictated by the number of participants. Nice Chaperones – USA, group tours have been designed to accommodate individuals as well as groups. The number of participants may vary during the tour, as Noce Chaperones – USA, accommodates travelers arriving on different airlines and on different days of the week. Times listed in itineraries are approximate and meant only as guidelines. Some itineraries may have early morning start times for sightseeing in order to complete the touring during daylight hours or avoid afternoon heat in tropical and desert climates. It is your responsibility to arrive on time for all scheduled flights, cruises, and package components. Arriving late may be considered a “no-show”, in which case you will not be eligible for refund for the unused service(s). We guarantee the number of passengers who will be on any given tour. You may find that you are traveling with a sizable group or only with your own companions. Services, however, will remain constant no matter the number of tour participants. On dates including, but not limited to religious holidays and national celebrations, some monuments and sites may be closed. On these occasions, touring itineraries may be amended to reflect these closures. Occasionally, during holidays and certain periods, and/or due to unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions there may be last-minute changes, sometimes after arrival, affecting the sequence of the tour, locations visited and/or hotels. Therefore, we reserve the right to adjust the sequence and/or substitute any hotels with others of similar category. In such cases there will be no cost adjustment. National monuments and tourist sites regularly undergo renovations, which can obscure the monument’s view. No tour will be canceled due to renovations, however Nice Chaperones – USA, will decide based on the conditions whether to amend an itinerary. Nice Chaperones – USA, itineraries may contain suggestions for activities for your leisure time; these suggestions do not constitute an endorsement of any specific service provider and the decision to participate in any such activities should be made independently and with due consideration.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE:
Escorted group tours are conducted in English only and all agents, local guides and hosts speak English. All commentary and instructions will be provided in English only. For maximum enjoyment and understanding, you must be able to understand, read and speak English.

COACH & SEAT ROTATION:
Nice Chaperones – USA, imposes mandatory coach seat rotation with no exception. Seat assignments are dictated by the Tour Leader. Depending on availability, single passengers may be seated next to another traveler. Some buses are equipped with toilet facilities, and some are not, however they are strictly intended for emergency use only and often require the vehicle to stop for safety reasons before use. Persons requiring any assistance or who have any form of disability should refer to section “Travelers Needing Special Assistance”.

CAR RENTALS:
Nice Chaperones – USA, is not responsible for the services and policies imposed by car rental companies at any destinations. It is important to review the details of your rental agreement provided locally. Car rental companies typically require drivers to provide a valid driver license, major credit card and meet a minimum age requirement. Additional fees may apply for changes in rental length, drop off location, additional drivers and optional additional insurance coverages. Passengers are responsible to become familiar with local traffic laws and road signs. Nice Chaperones – USA, is not responsible for any expenses, fines or administrative fees for traffic violations, damage to the vehicle, theft of items inside the vehicle or of the vehicle itself.

OPTIONAL SIGHTSEEING TOURS:
A limited selection of optional sightseeing tours are available for purchase. Those associated with escorted and guided programs will be available for purchase locally based upon availability. Some optional tours require a minimum number of participants and may not be operated, in such cases, the tour company will attempt to notify you locally. Optional tours may be conducted in more than one language.

NON-OPERATION OF ESCORTED GROUP TOURS:
(Chaperoned or Non-Chaperoned).
Escorted group tour packages are based upon a minimum number of participants. Nice Chaperones – USA, reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any escorted group tour/s or individual booking for any reason including insufficient demand or events beyond our control. Cancellation will be advised at least 7 days prior to the tour’s departure date and time, and customers will be refunded. Nice Chaperones – USA, will not be held responsible for any costs relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of airline tickets or visa fees. Voluntary cancellations due to political instability, acts of terrorism, government intervention or US State Department warning will be subject to the above fees, provided the program is deemed Nice Chaperones – USA, able to continue.

MEDICAL SERVICES:

Medical Services: Ship’s crew may be able to provide basic first-aid, however ships do not carry a doctor or nurse onboard. Should professional medical attention be required, local services will be contacted upon the passenger’s request & expenses

RIVER CRUISES:

Depending upon the vessel, a cabin may be assigned at the time of arrival & embarking the cruiser. Assignments are subject to change. We also reserve the right to amend cabin assignments onboard without prior notification.

INABILITY TO SAIL:
Neither Nice Chaperones – USA, nor the owners or operators of the vessels shall be liable for delay or inability to sail or perform due to any condition caused by or arising from water level, inoperable locks, strikes, lockout, civil or labor issues, explosion, fire, collision, vessel breakdown or damage to the vessel, its hull, machinery or fittings. Neither shall they be responsible for issues caused by or arising from civil commotion, riot, insurrection, war, government restraint, requisitioning of the vessel, political disturbance, acts or threats of terrorism, epidemics or the threat thereof, inability to secure or failure of supplies including fuel, Acts of God, or other circumstances beyond their control. In such cases, part or all of the cruise itinerary. When the option exists, the operator will “swap ships” with another vessel sailing in the same direction. Crew, ship and cabin configuration may differ. If one of these options becomes necessary, Nice Chaperones – USA, will endeavor to provide equal or similar services, however no tour will be canceled and no monetary compensation will be made for those changes.

We closely monitor local situations which enable us to make the operational decisions necessary to keep our tours running safely. It is very important to be aware of your surroundings and avoid drawing attention to yourself. Please remember that you have the same responsibility for your personal safety and possessions as you do at home. It is essential to prepare for safe and healthy travel abroad. WEAPONS:
Are not permitted on any individual or group tour including, but not limited to, firearms, knives, mace, brass knuckles, and other weapons of any type.

SMOKING & ILLEGAL DRUGS:
No Smoking of any kind (medical or recreational) is allowed on any transportation that is exclusively provided by Nice Chaperones – USA. This includes e-cigarettes, e-cigars or any other smoking devices.

TIPPING:
Appreciated but not mandatory.

EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION:
It is recommended that you provide emergency contact details prior to travel & booking. The reason we ask for this information is to be able to get in contact with family or friends in the rare case of any emergency.

RELEASE FROM LIABILITY:
Nice Chaperones – USA, employees and affiliates, (collectively Nice Chaperones – USA) does not own or operate any entity which does provide goods or services for your individual or group tours including, for example, ownership or control over hotels or other lodging facilities, airline, vessel, bus, van or other transportation companies, local ground operators, providers or organizers of optional excursions or equipment used thereon, food service or entertainment providers, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. Independent contractors may utilize Nice Chaperones – USA, logo on signage or uniforms solely for identification purposes which does not signify Nice Chaperones – USA, as ownership, management or control. As a result, Nice Chaperones – USA, is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any other second & third party. Without limitation, Nice Chaperones – USA, is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, or the threat thereof, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, structural or other defective conditions in hotels or other lodging facilities, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely or safely, diseases and dangers associated with or bites from animals, pests or insects, marine life or vegetation of any sort, dangers incident to recreational activities such as swimming, kayaking, sailing, canoeing, rafting, hiking, walking, bicycling, etc., sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of access to or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, illness, epidemics or the threat thereof or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Nice Chaperones – USA,. In addition, I release Nice Chaperones – USA, from its own negligence and assume all risk thereof.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
I am aware as a traveler that travel such as that I am undertaking involves hazardous activities, with a risk of illness, injury or death which may be caused by forces of nature, animals, insects or flora, the negligence of Nice Chaperones – USA, or other persons and companies known or unknown, or of willful or criminal conduct of second & third parties. I am aware that weather conditions may be severe, adverse and/or unpleasant. I am also aware that medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during some or all of the time during which I am participating in the group tour. In order to partake of the enjoyment and excitement of any group tour. I am willing to accept the risks and uncertainty involved as being an integral part of my adventure. I hereby accept and assume full responsibility for any and all risks of illness, injury or death and of the negligence of Nice Chaperones – USA, and agree to hold harmless and release Nice Chaperones – USA, from claims of second & third party negligence.
I understand the physical requirements of the activity in which I will be participating, and I currently have no known physical, medical or mental condition which would impair my ability to participate in any group tour or my safety in this activity, and I am willing to assume all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition. I hereby authorize Nice Chaperones – USA, or my local ground handler or others to arrange for any emergency medical treatment and hospitalization as may be necessary for me because of participation in this activity without my further consent.

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION:
I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate on this group tour designated on tour program (or a trip which I may change to) and that I have read the description of the group tour as it appears in the current Nice Chaperones – USA, tour program and supplements or brochures or website relating to the group tour, together with all information contained in the group tour program. I am voluntarily participating in this group tour with knowledge of the hazards involved.

KNOWING AND VOLUNTARY EXECUTION:
I have carefully read these Terms and Conditions and the booking information sections of this document, and fully understand its contents and certify that I am 18 years of age or older. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and Nice Chaperones – USA, and agree of my own free will. By checking the Terms & Conditions box, I agree to these Travel Terms & Conditions and Nice Chaperones – USA, Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk and Binding Arbitration Clause for myself, each member of my traveling party and any minor children accompanying me.

PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE:
Nice Chaperones – USA, will take photographs or video of its group tour and trip participants grant Nice Chaperones – USA, permission to do so and for it to use the same for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to participants.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Nice Chaperones – USA, strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance. Travel insurance is optional, and we do not require that travelers purchase insurance through Nice Chaperones – USA, or one of its providers. For your convenience, we offer travel protection plans provided by a designated Travel Insurance Company at the time of booking. Insurance premiums paid to the designated Travel Insurance Company are non-refundable and cannot be transferred from one departure to another in the event of a reservation change initiated by the traveler after the final payment due date for the customer selected group tour. Please call the Travel Insurance Company Directly & not Nice Chaperones – USA, regarding any Travel Insurance Issues.

TOUR PARTICIPATION:
NICE CHAPERONES – USA CODE OF CONDUCT:
Traveling in a group requires travelers to be respectful not only of the tour leader and local people at destinations, but also of fellow traveler/s in their group. To ensure the safety, well-being and enjoyment of everyone in the group, Nice Chaperones – USA, reserves the right to reject or remove any traveler/s whose behavior is determined to be disruptive or incompatible with the group. This includes (A) failure to comply with decisions or rules made by the tour leader, Nice Chaperones – USA, or its representatives, (B) failure to comply with destination-specific laws, regulations, mandates, rules or recommendations set forth by any governmental authority, or (C) behaving or threatening to behave in a way that is judged to be dangerous to you and others, or to adversely affect the safety, comfort, well-being or enjoyment of yourself or other individuals, including but not limited to behavior that puts you or other participants at risk of physical injury, or is disruptive, verbally or physically abusive, harassing, discriminatory or obscene. If Nice Chaperones – USA, removes a participant traveler from the group tour for one of the above reasons, we will not refund any portion of the package cost paid by the customer. All unused services are non-refundable, and all expenses, including cancellations and return home expenses, will be the responsibility of the traveler/s. Nice Chaperones – USA, shall be entitled to recover from any costs or expenses incurred by Nice Chaperones – USA, or its representatives in connection with the customer removal from the group tour.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS:
For United States of America passport holders, to be eligible to participate in any international group tour, you must be in possession of a United States of America passport valid for the period required by the destination country (at least 6 month). The customer is also required to obtain a valid visa wherever required by the destination country. It is the responsibility of the customer to check with the appropriate consulates as to the passport validity and visa requirements and obtain proper travel documents before the trip. Visa fees are included in the quoted tour program price offered by Nice Chaperones – USA. If the customer does not hold a passport from the United States of America, He/she is responsible for consulting with the appropriate authorities from the customer passport country of origin to check passport validity requirements and any applicable visa requirements for the group tour offered to destinations.
Please check the visa section of each group tour program. In most cases Nice Chaperones – USA, will arrange the entry visa to final destinations and it is included in the group tour price as well as some countries require that the
customer personally applies for the entry visa directly.
All United States of America citizens must obtain an entry visa to the countries of the final destination/s with the exception of being provided with a visa via Nice Chaperones – USA, for specific individual, couple or group tours, or the visa is granted for free to USA citizens at final destination/s upon arrival to final destinations. Tour by tour case by case.
Travelers must provide accurate information of full name, address, and passport information. It is the responsibility of the traveler to provide such accurate information and any refusal of entry to the final destination country due to misleading or misspelled words is the responsibility of the traveler who is fully responsible for the consequences and the return flight back home.

AGE REQUIREMENTS:
Our group tours require a minimum age of 18 years old at the time of the selected group tour. Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the group tour. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed alone to participate in any of the Nice Chaperones _ USA group tours without being accompanied by an adult at all times including at airports, hotels, & local tours at final destinations. No exceptions.

ACCESSIBILITY:
Nice Chaperone – USA, policy is to provide our customers with disabilities with an opportunity equal to that of non-disabled customers to use the services and accommodations that we provide in the United States in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”).
You are required to advise Nice Chaperones – USA, of any special needs or other health concerns requiring special attention, including the use of any special equipment, at the time of the reservation. If booking online, you must contact our customer service team at the time of reservation to advise us of any special needs. Nice Chaperones – USA, will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of customers. Customers and prospective clients should be aware, however, that the ADA is inapplicable outside of the United States, and services, accommodations and facilities outside the United States for disabled individuals are very limited and could be provided for an extra fee, or hire a private travel chaperon from us.
Wheelchair or motorized scooter assistance or accessibility at international destinations cannot be guaranteed, and many group tours may not be wheelchair or motorized scooter accessible. If your trip is wheelchair-accessible and you require a wheelchair, you must provide or rent your own small, collapsible wheelchair.
If you have a condition that requires any special equipment or treatment, you must bring, and be responsible for, all necessary items related to your condition. We cannot accommodate service animals on any of our group tours.
If you are unable to travel without assistance, you must be accompanied by a travel chaperone who is capable of, and is completely responsible for, providing any needed assistance throughout the group tour. We at Nice Chaperone – USA do provide travel chaperones for individual, couple and group tours.
Neither Nice Chaperones personnel, nor the personnel of any Nice Chaperones – USA, provider, may physically lift or assist participants into or out of transportation vehicles. If a traveler thinks he or she might need assistance during a trip, he or she should call us to determine what assistance may reasonably be offered by Nice Chaperones – USA. Nice Chaperones – USA, can provide special individual assistance with walking, dining or other routine activities or personal services to participants with special needs by hiring a travel chaperone from us.
If you have any medical or other disabling condition, even with Nice Chaperones – USA, providing a special travel chaperone the customer will travel at his/her own risk. Nice Chaperones – USA, are not liable for any injury or damages the customer may suffer relating to any such condition, including as a result of any loss of medical equipment, lack of assistance with, or accommodation of, special needs and limited availability, or complete lack of availability of necessary medical assistance or treatment during the flight to destinations or at final destination.

INTERNATIONAL TOURS:
Hotels, transportation providers, sea and river cruises outside of the United States are not required to comply with ADA requirements and therefore may not have ramps, wide entryways or elevators/lifts to accommodate disabled passengers or devices such as wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters. Due to physical constraints and space limitations, wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters may not be taken aboard motor coaches, river cruises or other forms of transportation.

SERVICE ANIMALS:
Service animals cannot be accommodated on international escorted group tours.

EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES:
“Extraordinary Circumstances” are any mechanical, technical, operational, climatic, sociopolitical or any other conditions beyond the control of Nice Chaperones – USA, which necessitate any change in the tour itinerary, including, but not limited to, any change in vendor, location, transportation or schedule. Extraordinary Circumstances may include, without limitation, acts of God, strikes, national or international political or social events or occurrences (including acts of war or terrorism), or the material worsening or escalation thereof, earthquakes, hurricanes, tornados, or other natural disasters, or infectious diseases, epidemics or pandemics and related quarantines.
We will do our best to keep the sequence of the itinerary as is, but it could be changed without advanced notice due to many reasons, such as weather, flights, covid – 19, etc,.

DELAY OF FLIGHTS
If the flight to destination/s was delayed for any reason, the tour itinerary will be adjusted accordingly. Nice Chaperones – USA, are not responsible for any liabilities of any kind caused by any such changes or resulting delays.

USE OF CONTENT:
Nice Chaperones – USA, shall have the right and permission to use any photograph and/or video that is taken while on a Nice Chaperones – USA, group tour conducted by Nice Chaperones – USA, personnel or any of its providers, or shared with Nice Chaperones – USA, by a participant, including images in which any group tour participant may be included, to copyright the same, in the name of Nice Chaperones – USA, or otherwise, to use, re-use, publish, and republish the same in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other photographs and videos, and in conjunction with any printed matter, in any and all media now or hereafter known, for the purpose of advertisement only. Nice Chaperones – USA, will ask for the permission of the travelers during any group tour and before any use of photos & images, of individual/s or group/s for advertising and publishing purposes only through social media, video/s or printed materials.

CONSUMER DISCLOSURE AND RESPONSIBILITY:
Nice Chaperones – USA, are the official agents for all the travel companies mentioned in the tour programs, including, but not limited to, any travel agent, tour sponsor, tour operator, tour guide, transportation provider, land operator, and are not official agents to airlines, cruise lines, railroads, common carriers, hotels, resorts, restaurants or any other provider of transportation, lodging or services on any group tour program to and at any destinations.
The customer does understand and acknowledge that the tour and related travel to and around each destination involves inherent risks and dangers including risks related to exposure to contagious diseases, serious bodily injury, including temporary or permanent disability, paralysis and death, and property damage. By utilizing the services of Nice Chaperones – USA, and its providers, the customer agree that Nice Chaperones – USA, shall not be responsible for any damages (including without limitation illness, bodily injury or death), losses, claims, demands, rights, actions, costs (including attorneys fees and court costs) and liabilities, of whatever kind or nature (collectively, liabilities). For the avoidance of doubt and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Nice Chaperones – USA, shall not be responsible, directly or indirectly, for any liabilities attributable to (A) any extraordinary circumstances, and any related travel restrictions, (B) any equipment failure or defect, (C) any fault or default of any provider or (D) any delays, cancellation or changes in flights. In the event that it is determined that it is necessary or advisable or for any reason whatsoever, including for the comfort or wellbeing of the group tour participants, to alter any group tour itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to Nice Chaperones – USA, or it’s providers, and any additional expenses shall be borne by the participants. The customer will not be eligible for any refund based on any voluntary or involuntary absence from any part of a group tour. Nice Chaperones – USA, and each provider reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, for any reason, or no reason, to refuse to allow any person to participate in any part of any group tour at any time and shall have no obligation to any such person for any liability related to the exercise of such right. No transportation provider shall be responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time participants are not aboard their aircraft and/or vessels. The passage contract in use by such a provider, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the provider and the participants. Air transportation providers shall not be liable for any liabilities that may result by reason of defect or through the act or omissions of any person or company performing or rendering services other than carriage by air, as described in the group tour program. The services described in the group tour program, other than carriage by the identified air transportation providers, are furnished by independent contractors who are not servants of or joint venture or partners with the air transportation providers concerned.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
Any dispute arising from any group tours, itineraries, products, destinations or services provided by Nice Chaperones – USA, as well as any dispute arising under these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of California – Orange County, without regard to conflicts of laws principles, and will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that the customer may assert claims in small claims court if the customer claims qualify. Arbitration will be conducted by a mutually agreed upon mediator under the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, then such claim shall be brought before the state or federal court located in Orange County – California, and each of the customer & Nice Chaperones – USA, waive any right to a jury trial.
If any of these terms are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason, the unenforceable portions of the revised provision shall be severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision.

PRIVATE GROUP TOURS (PGT):
Group tour pricing may vary from the pricing on our regular scheduled group tour programs departures and will be quoted in the customer private group tour offer. The cost of the customer private group tour is contingent upon the group tour being booked by the minimum number of participants specified by Nice Chaperones – USA, in the group tour program offered. The private group tour price will increase if the minimum number of participants is not met or if the number of participants drops below the required minimum before the time of final payment due to customer cancellations. Nice Chaperones – USA, reserves the right to cancel any offered group tour public or private, or make amendments to any offered group tour itinerary, due to low participation or enrollment or due to extraordinary circumstances.

TRAVELLER ACKNOWLEDGMENT:
The traveller do understand, consent, & acknowledge that he/she is fully responsible for the contents of his/her check-in baggage/s, carry-on luggage/s, and on his/her self at any United States airports and at any destination/s airports, and at any border-crossing in the United States and abroad as well as the amount of currency in his/her possession, without any responsibility to Nice Chaperones- USA, or Nice Chaperones – USA, providers whether in the United States or abroad.

CANNABIS (MARIJUANA) FOR MEDICAL OR RECREATIONAL USE:
It will remain illegal to travel across the border and internationally with it in your possession.
If you are refused entry into a country because you have cannabis in your possession, you alone will be responsible for the consequences, including for payment of your return flight trip home, without any responsibility to Nice Chaperones – USA, or Nice Chaperones – USA, providers whether in the United States or abroad.

BAGGAGE & CARRY-ON:
Please follow up with the group tour by tour programs regarding your allowed checked-in baggage & carry-on. Excess baggage/s in weight and size will be charged extra if any checked-in or carry-on luggage exceeds the mentioned limits on each group tour program. If it is needed by the traveller please contact directly the airlines associated with the group tour program of your interest and not Nice Chaperones – USA. Nice Chaperones – USA, will not be responsible for any excess baggage/s as checked-in, carry on, or lost / damaged luggage.

COVID-19 TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
In addition to destination-specific entry requirements, Nice Chaperones – USA requires all travelers to provide Proof of vaccination prior to departing to final destinations. Proof of vaccination is required by all countries.
Nice Chaperones – USA, will arrange testing for the travelers in destination if it is still required by the U.S. government or the government/s at destinations. The cost of the test varies by tour destination. For full details please check the www.cdc.gov
If part or whole required procedures are cancelled by the U.S. government or from the final destination/s governments we will advise the customers.

COMPARISON:
There is no place like our beloved country the USA. We have all that we need based on the quality we receive from any service provider in the USA, at the same time we kindly ask our customers not to compare the services provided in another country as the USA. Each country has their own standards for providing any services.

REFUNDS:
Any remaining refund due will be paid by US Dollar within 90 days after the group tour date by a check from Nice Chaperones – USA.
