General Terms & Conditions Applicable to All Tours

Minimum Number Of Participants In Any Tour
If the number of participants did not reach the minimum required of participants to
generate any tour, Nice Chaperones – USA will cancel the tour and paid customers will be fully refunded within 30 days of the cancellation. Please check the destination tour program for the minimum number of required participants.


TRAVEL CHAPERONE POSITION
The position of national (within the USA) or international (worldwide) travel chaperone, employed by Nice Chaperones – USA, here means a person who will provide assistance to the traveller whether a sole, couple or group of travelers . The travel chaperone will assist in airport procedures, luggage/s, baggage/s, any paperwork related to traveling at departure and arrival airports as well as keeping an eye on the traveller/s during the flight and providing the individual, couple or the group with their needs. The travel chaperone will not carry, lift, or provide any medical assistant to the traveller outside of his/her certification as a certified CPR/AED provider only. We encourage all travellers to check with their physicians prior to their travel date.


CHAPERONED & NON-CHAPERONED INDIVIDUAL, COUPLE & GROUP TOURS:

Chaperoned, individual, couple or group tours or services means one or two professional international travel chaperones employed by Nice Chaperones – USA, will be flying with the individual, couple or group from any airport within the United States to any airport within the United States as well as to any worldwide airport outside the United States and flying back with the individual, couple or group from any worldwide airport outside the United States or within the United States to any United States airport/s. Chaperoned individual, couple, or group tours or services are meant for people in need of assistance during the journey. Non – chaperoned, individual, couple or group tours or services means no professional international travel chaperones will be flying with the individual, couple or group from any United States airport to any United States airport as well as to any airport outside the United States or flying back with the individual, couple or group from any airport within the United States or any airport outside the United States to any United States airport.


NATURE OF OUR TOURS
Most of our tours to all of our destinations are easy phases, where we take the comfort of our customers as our priority. We pay a lot of attention to issues such as the layover at airports, ground transportations during the tours at final destinations to be as convenient as possible to our customers. Customers should be able to enjoy their tour and vacation and do not need a second vacation to recover from the first vacation.

TRAVELERS NEEDING SPECIAL ASSISTANCE

In order to fully enjoy your tour, we recommend that you select a trip that is suitable to your physical capabilities. Tour participants requiring any form of assistance, including travelers with physical disabilities, sight, hearing, mobility impairments, or any physical condition are required to notify Nice Chaperones – USA, prior to booking a tour. Nice Chaperones – USA, will review the tour requirements to determine the level of assistance you may need and to ensure that the trip you have selected is suitable for you. Please be aware that the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is only applicable within the United States and facilities for disabled individuals are limited outside of US borders. Any participant requiring assistance must be accompanied by a companion who is capable of and fully responsible for providing the assistance. Nice Chaperones – USA, can provide travel chaperones for individual needs & assistance. Our regular travel chaperones within a chaperoned group tour, tour managers, guides, drivers, hotels, ships, cruisers personnel are not able to provide individual services such as assisting with walking, pushing a wheelchair or helping with getting off and on motor

coaches, cruise ships and other vehicles. In order to participate in chaperoned & non- chaperoned escorted group tours, travelers must be able to understand and follow

instructions given by the Tour Leader at all times, both for the successful operation of the group tour and as well as for their own personal safety and the safety of other participants. Nice Chaperones – USA, reserves the right to reject participation or remove any individual from a group tour in the event that notification was not provided and/or when, in our sole judgment, continued participation would significantly hinder the services to be provided to all participants. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will be the responsibility of the traveler/s. All unused services are non-refundable. Our Chaperoned & Non-Chaperoned escorted group tours are easy paced. In the interests of group harmony, clients should be able to maintain the pace of the tour. Clients with special needs may be better served independently by hiring a travel chaperone from us.


RESERVATIONS
Reservations for group tours are accepted online. In order to make a reservation, you must be at least 18 years of age and have legal authority to enter into a binding agreement under the terms presented herein. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the applicable non-refundable deposit, which must be paid at the time of your reservation for all travelers on the booking, unless expressly waived by Nice Chaperones – USA. If you are making a booking for anyone other than yourself, regardless of whether or not you are traveling on the same reservation with them, you are considered the primary contact on the booking and representative for the other traveler/s. You represent and warrant that you have permission to make this booking on behalf of the other traveler/s, and you agree that you are responsible for (1) making all payments due for your booking, (2) providing to Nice Chaperones – USA, all required traveler/s information, described below, about all traveler/s on the booking, (3) notifying Nice Chaperones – USA, if any changes or cancellations are required, and (4) keeping the other traveler/s on the booking informed of all information relevant to your trip.


REQUIRED TRAVELER INFORMATION
To make a booking, Nice Chaperones – USA, require that you supply certain required traveler information for each traveler, including the full legal name, birthdate, gender, & passport information, as required by law and /or reasonably required to enable us and our providers to provide your purchased services. We also require contact information, including address, phone number, and email address, from the person making the booking. We request a phone number and email address for all other traveler/s, so that we may reach each traveler in case of last minute itinerary changes, emergencies, or for communication of important information during the group tour, such as COVID-19 information. For each traveler, we also require the name and contact information of a designated emergency contact person who is not traveling on the group tour. You are responsible for verifying that any information you provide for yourself and on behalf of other traveler/s on your booking is complete and accurate. Under no circumstances Nice Chaperones – USA, be liable for any errors or omissions in the information you have provided to us, or any fees or damages related to such errors or omissions. While you complete your reservation, you will provide us with the required traveler/s information. This information must be provided in its entirety at reservation date, or your booking may be subject to cancellation.


TOUR RATES AND AVAILABILITY
Group tour reservations are subject to availability. Tour rates may change without prior notice. Excluding extraordinary circumstances, as defined below, once your deposit has been received, your price is guaranteed and is no longer subject to change. Group tour rates include only those items specifically identified in the tour itinerary or tour inclusions section and may not include passport and visa fees, excess baggage charges, baggage and personal travel insurance, gratuities, optional tour activities, optional upgrades, beverages, other personal items, services and expenses. certain foreign taxes and fees are not pre-collected and must be paid overseas by the traveler/s unless otherwise clearly stated by Nice Chaperones – USA.


PROMOTIONS & SPECIAL PRICING

Promotion codes, special pricing/discounts, and offers are valid within the specified time period for new bookings only, and can be combined with any other discounts. To qualify for the discount price, you must make all payments, including your initial reservation deposit, electronically in U.S. dollars 60 days prior to the group tour date.

Private groups are eligible for promotions and special pricing. Any future travel discount provided for any group tour booked using a promotion code, special pricing/discount, or offer will be subject to “Nice Chaperones – USA, standard changes, cancellations, payments, discount and refund terms and applicable cancellation fees.


RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Reservations for National Travel Chaperone (within the USA) or International Travel Chaperone (worldwide) for individual, couple or group tours are accepted by online

(Credit Cards) Paypal or Bank Transfer with a confirmed receipt of the applicable non- refundable deposit in the amount that will be determined on a case by case basis which must be received at the time of the customer’s confirmed reservation. For the regular group tour programs please read tour by tour required deposit, payment & full payment due date. Customers could also pay for the full tour payment on the same day they make their final reservation as indicated in the designated program tour. Due to the ongoing uncertainties related to travel with respect to the COVID-19 virus, Nice Chaperones – USA, is waiving change fees for any group tour reservations until the final payment due date. After such a date has passed, standard change and cancellation terms will apply. Note that when rebooking, if you choose a trip or departure that is more expensive than your original booking, the customer is responsible for the difference in price. If the trip or departure is less expensive than your original booking, and the customer has made the final payment for his/her original booking, then within 30 days a refund will be issued to the customer in the form of a check made by Nice Chaperones – USA, in the amount of the difference. If the customer has not made the final payment for his/her original booking, then any overage paid will be applied to reduce the balance due for the new booking. If the customer is not ready to rebook right away, and cancelled for any reason 60 days prior to the group tour date then any payments he/she had made will be refunded back to the customer excluding the $200 reservation payment. If the cancellation is in the period of 59 days to the group tour date then no cancellation, changes, or refunds could be made and the booking at this stage is confirmed. All payments must be done in U.S. dollars (Currency) only.


STANDARD CHANGE TERMS
No changes are allowed once the final payment due date has passed. And the 59 days are the only days left until the tour date. See cancellation and payment terms below for final payment due dates.


CANCELLATION REQUESTS BY CUSTOMER
All group tour reservations are subject to the applicable payment and cancellation terms. All cancellations must be submitted via email to nicechaperones@gmail.com or by calling our customer service team at 951-622-6039 & 494-316-6333 during business hours, Mon-Sun 9am-5:30pm PT. We will require confirmation of identity to complete your cancellation, and will need the invoice number for the booking, and the names of all traveler/s to be canceled.

When the customer cancels his/her tour, any refunds, if due, are issued and refunded by a check from Nice Chaperones – USA, within 30 days after the cancellation date if the cancellation was confirmed 60 days prior to the tour date. If the customer wants to cancel within the 59 days to the tour date the customer will not be refunded at all. Once a group tour has commenced, no future travel refund can be issued for the full or any unused portion of the tour including the reservation deposit. Please read the cancellation instructions of each tour on the tour program schedule.


TOUR SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION BY NICE CHAPERONES
Nice Chaperones – USA may cancel or reschedule tours due to insufficient demand, unsafe conditions, or other reasons. If your tour is canceled, you’ll receive a refund within 30 days.


INCLUDED SERVICES
Included services vary by package and are listed in the tour program.


MEALS, BEVERAGES, ALCOHOLIC DRINKS
Meals are only provided as listed in the itinerary. Alcoholic beverages are not included unless stated.


HOTELS/CRUISE SHIPS
Hotel room and cruise accommodations are guaranteed, with the right to substitute hotels as needed.


TOUR ITINERARY AND IN-TOUR TRANSPORTATION
Itineraries and transportation are subject to change without notice due to local conditions.


TOUR-ONLY BOOKINGS – LAND ONLY
Land-only bookings are available for some tours. Travelers are responsible for arranging departure and arrival flights.


AIR TRANSPORTATION
Airfare is included in some tour packages. Airline schedules are subject to change, and Nice Chaperones – USA is not liable for delays or penalties.


AIRLINE BOOKING AND CONTACT INFORMATION
Airline seat assignments are requested as a courtesy and are subject to airline policy and availability.


FREQUENT FLYER MILES
Nice Chaperones – USA is not involved in frequent flyer programs; please contact your provider directly.


AIR BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Baggage allowances vary; please refer to the tour program. Excess baggage charges may apply and are the traveler’s responsibility.


HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Rooms are as stated in the tour program. Special requests are subject to availability.


HOTEL & CRUISE PROFILES
Hotel and cruise information is based on information provided by partners and may be subject to change.


MEALS & DIETARY REQUESTS
Special dietary requests will be accommodated when possible; please notify your tour leader upon arrival.


TRANSFERS
Transfer services are provided as per the itinerary. Delays beyond one hour may require alternative arrangements by the traveler.


SIGHTSEEING & ITINERARY
Times listed are approximate and subject to adjustments for holidays, closures, and unforeseen circumstances.


ENGLISH LANGUAGE
All tours are conducted in English.


COACH & SEAT ROTATION
Mandatory seat rotation on coaches is required, managed by the Tour Leader.


CAR RENTALS
Rental agreements are the responsibility of the traveler and must be reviewed locally.


OPTIONAL SIGHTSEEING TOURS
Optional tours may be available and are subject to availability and participation requirements.


NON-OPERATION OF ESCORTED GROUP TOURS
Tours may be canceled or rescheduled for insufficient demand or extraordinary circumstances, with notice provided as early as possible.


MEDICAL SERVICES
Nice Chaperones – USA is not responsible for medical services onboard ships or at destinations.


RIVER CRUISES
Cabin assignments may change; substitutions may be made for operational reasons.


INTERNATIONAL TOURS
Accessibility may be limited outside the U.S., and service animals cannot be accommodated.


TRAVEL SAFETY & SECURITY
Nice Chaperones – USA recommends checking travel advisories and staying with the group during tours for safety.


WEAPONS
Weapons of any kind are prohibited on tours.


SMOKING & ILLEGAL DRUGS
Smoking is prohibited in tour-provided transportation, hotel rooms, and cabins.


TIPPING
Appreciated but not mandatory.


RELEASE FROM LIABILITY
Nice Chaperones – USA is not liable for actions by independent contractors or third-party providers.


ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By participating in tours, travelers assume all risks associated with travel, including injury, illness, and unexpected events.


VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION
Participation is voluntary, with acknowledgment of tour risks and hazards.


KNOWING AND VOLUNTARY EXECUTION
Travelers agree to the Terms & Conditions by participating in Nice Chaperones – USA tours.


PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE
Participants grant Nice Chaperones – USA permission to use photographs and videos taken during tours for promotional purposes.


TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is recommended; contact the Travel Insurance Company directly for issues.


TOUR PARTICIPATION: NICE CHAPERONES – USA CODE OF CONDUCT
Respectful behavior is expected; disruptive behavior may result in removal without a refund.


PASSPORTS AND VISAS
Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports and visas where required.


AGE REQUIREMENTS
All travelers must be 18 or older or accompanied by an adult.


ACCESSIBILITY
Special needs must be disclosed before booking; reasonable accommodations will be provided where possible.


EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES
Tours may change due to unforeseen events; adjustments will be made as necessary.


DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes are governed by California law and resolved through binding arbitration.


PRIVATE GROUP TOURS (PGT)
Private group tour pricing varies and is contingent on minimum participation.


TRAVELER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Travelers are responsible for the contents of their luggage at all times.


COVID-19 TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
No vaccination requirements apply currently; updates will be provided if needed.
